Live in Satya

Satya is a Sanskrit word for embracing your TRUTH.
Sanskrit is considered one of the worlds most ancient languages at over 5,000 years old. We chose a word in Sanskrit because it is a sacred and vibrational language as each word embodies much more than an individual definition. For example, satya is comprised of two words, "Sat" and "Ya".

"Sat" has been translated to mean "true nature,"

"absolute truth," "supreme consciousness,"
"that which is," "the “is-ness” of existence."

Ya” is an activating prefix in Sanskrit
translated to mean “do it.”

Satya has been referred to as "essence,"
"truthfulness," "deriving from the universe,"

"actively becoming the truth of the universe."

Satya is one of the core limbs of Yoga that helps guide us on how to build better relationships with ourselves and the outside world around us. It is considered essential for a balanced and harmonious existence in the universe. Satya teaches us that it is the daily, vigilant practice of aligning our thoughts, words and actions that will allow us all to thrive.

We believe that living within satya means to live life with intention, authenticity, and sincerity. Living in satya upholds the truth that we are all interconnected with each other and with nature, and it is within that truth that we are able to     find balance, and the inspiration to do something to help     our planet and our neighbors.
